Landon Marchant is a Global Analyst, Experience and Inclusion for ZX Ventures focusing on understanding and reporting employee and venture experience and inclusion. Landon grew up in Greenleaf, Wisconsin prior to joining the Air Force as a Aircraft Metals Technician maintaining the B-52 fleet and working in preventative nuclear warfare.
After military service, Landon worked for three years with Plumbers Local in Washington, D. C. as a skilled trade apprentice before attending Williams College where they studied philosophy and sociology with a concentration in science and technology studies, earning at B.A. in 2020. Landon enjoys playing board games, hiking, camping, and spending time with their wife and dogs. They also are dedicated to helping other veterans achieve their post-military goals. In their spare time, Landon volunteers as a policy associate and economic empowerment programs manager at Minority Veterans of America, a non-partisan organization dedicated to advancing equity for underrepresented veterans.
