When women leaders engage challenges, they find strength and direction, but that often comes with stress and difficulty. In this talk, Dr. Loretta Brady, Ph.D., MAC, will share examples of how meaningful impact can be realized despite these challenges. A survivor, first-generation student, and trauma psychologist, Dr. Brady brings her dynamic expertise from a career that includes talks (TEDx), fellowships (McNair, Fulbright), and books (Technology Touchpoints, Badass & Bold). Drawing from her work as facilitator of Columbia's Intrapreneurial Leadership Fellows Program (ILFP), she highlights how collaboration between women veterans and civilians fosters impactful leadership and systemic change.
