Make use of time, let not advantage slip. Shakespeare's famous line tells us something important about how he understood time. He understood time as an advantage. And he understood that to not make proper use of time, would be tantamount to letting that advantage slip away. Time is a precious resource, not just in life, but also and especially in the college classroom.
There are a lot of assignments to do, there are a lot of tasks to be performed, and all of that needs to be done while you still carry on your every day life. And so effective time management is key to succeeding in college and to being happy and healthy. Students who know how to manage their time well know how to craft a schedule, know how to organize their time, and know how to prioritize the things that they need to do are more successful and they're happier.
And so we're going to spend a little bit of time thinking about the most effective strategies for managing our time effectively, and getting the absolute most out of this very precious resource.
